Shipping Policy: 


Gabby Makeup Boutique has a processing time of 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be confirmed but it will take 3-5 business days to be shipped. After this time frame please give your order time to arrive. There may be delays on packages due to COVID-19. Please note that after packages are dropped off at any Post Office, Gabby Makeup Boutique is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Lost/stolen packages will NOT be replaced. Refund Policy: 


We DO NOT offer wrong address refunds. If a package gets sent back to us for any reason, you are responsible for paying for shipping costs. PLEASE note we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing on our behalf. The value of the store credit will be in the amount of the item was purchased for. You will have 24 hours from purchase to send a picture of the damaged product. If the frame (24 hours) has passed since your purchase we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the items have to be unused and in the same condition as you received it and be in the original packaging. Review policy lasts 2-3 days. If we approve a refund for any reason after the product has been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Returns & Exchange:


There are NO returns ONLY exchanges if eligible. All sales are FINAL. Gabby Makeup Boutique thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken and damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in USPS’s hands, we are NOT responsible for lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. However, if you had received a defective item please contact within the first 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for an exchange. 


Cancellation Policy: 


Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any request to cancel orders after 24 hours will be DENIED.
